A native of New York City, Laura educates her clients first and foremost from pre-wars to new developments as well as the rich history behind her ever evolving city. This enables the client to connect location to lifestyle. Prior to real estate, Laura's international career in fashion; managing the sales and distribution of Far East production for the U.S. retail market, enabled her to develop and sustain superior negotiation and communication skills. Skills she brings to clients.
"Throughout my sales career, it's always been about the client and the high level of service. Once you have established their need -- whether they are on the buy, sell or rent side -- trust is formed and a professional relationship is framed. In real estate, it's the difference you make in the lives of others in order to establish and sustain each relationship." It is that distinction that gives people the confidence to put their trust in Laura to assist with their real estate needs.
Laura’s qualities as a natural communicator and an exceptional listener were essential to her when she taught English to newly relocated expatriates, after her career in fashion. Cultural confusion became a constant struggle for her clients in their search for apartments. Laura then obtained her real estate license in order to help those who look to relocate to NYC.
Laura is an avid reader of historical fiction, Laura loves discovering the lives of immigrants through books. When not working, Laura and her husband Armand explore New York City neighborhoods and discover their historical and architectural pasts.
