I truly enjoy working with both buyers and sellers. Buyers need an agent who knows the market, who will work exclusively to secure a property that matches their expectations. When I work with buyers, I can act on their behalf to negotiate the best possible sales price. Once there is a contract in place, I assist them with related paperwork and tasks, including inspections, mortgage applications, co-op board questionnaires, etc. When I work with sellers, I research the property and local market thoroughly in order to recommend the most appropriate price and timing for the listing. I work closely with the seller, keeping them abreast of inquiries and offers, negotiating the sales price and ensuring a smooth transaction by managing the process from start to finish.
