About

Originally from Antwerp, Belgium, Ann comes from a family deeply immersed in property holdings.

It has certainly provided her with a strong foundation on which to build her career in the vastly competitive market in New York - a city she has proudly called home for twenty four years.

She has more than a decade experience representing buyers, investors, and sellers in a variety of property types including multi-family buildings, townhouses, condos, and co-ops in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Ann has had properties featured in the New York Times, New York Magazine, and Open House NYC on NBC television just to name a few.

She earned her BFA from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) and has an associate degree in Business Management from Higher Institute Sint-Lodewijk, Antwerp.

Ann is involved in various non-for profits including Wild Bird Fund on the UWS and the Woodstock Sanctuary.

Ann's motto is simple: “Fully Committed To Getting The Results You Deserve”
