Ann Morreel is a Belgian American licensed associate real estate broker in New York.  She grew up in Antwerp in a family deeply immersed in property holdings and the retail industry, which provided her with a strong foundation to build her career in the vastly competitive market in New York.

For over a decade Ann has represented buyers, investors, and sellers in a variety of property types including multi-family buildings, townhouses, condos, and co-ops in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Ann has had properties featured in the New York Times, New York Magazine, and Open House NYC on NBC television.

Ann earned her MFA from The Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in Brussels and has an associate degree in Business and Economics from the University in Antwerp.

She was a regular on Belgian television series and television shows in New York.  She is a member of the Screen Actors Guild - American Federation of Television and Radio Artists.

Ann is involved in various non-profits including The Wild Bird FundArthur's Acres and The Woodstock Farm Sanctuary .
